CONSERVATION OF TIME
In the interest of conserving our patient's time, we will try to complete treatment in as few visits as possible and make every effort to remain on schedule. We feel that our patient's time is valuable; we try to be prompt. We, of course, expect the same courtesy.
CONSERVATION OF FEES
We feel that it is our responsibility to inform all patients of the investment required for various optional treatment plans. We make every effort to hold down the cost of your dental care. You can help by paying your bill at the completion of your visit. If there are any questions regarding your account, please let us know. Many times a phone call will prevent a misunderstanding.
INSURANCE
Please provide all of the information needed to receive reimbursement from your insurance company. If your employer provided you with an insurance form, please bring it with your portion completed and signed. The insurance relationship constitutes an agreement between the carrier and the patient. As a convenience to you, our office will submit charges for services to your insurance carrier; however, the patient is primarily responsible for the account. In other words, the service provided by any dentist amounts to an agreement between the patient and the office.
A TRUST RELATIONSHIP
In any doctor-patient relationship, communication and rapport is necessary. Therefore, if you have any questions or positive feeling that things should be done differently, we welcome the opportunity to answer your questions or discuss any matters with you. Only through open communications can the best dental care be provided.
