YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT

We are interested and want to know what your dental concerns are, and which ones are most important to you. To arrive at a definitive plan of treatment, one which will resolve your problems," will require certain diagnostic records. These diagnostic records may include a thorough history and examination, preliminary impressions of both jaws for diagnostic casts, full mouth radiographs or panoramic radiograph, dental prophylaxis and possible referral and consultation with other dental specialists. Upon completion of the diagnostic records, a consultant will be arranged for you with the doctor, at which time the diagnostic findings will be presented to you with alternate plans of treatment for its correction.

APPOINTMENTS

It is necessary that we work by appointments. Unfortunately, emergencies do occur which occasionally cause delays in our schedule; however, we will try our best to honor your appointment time.

If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice so that someone else may use the appointment time.
